Terms of Service and Purchase

These Terms govern your use of the CreaTee store and purchases of custom products manufactured on demand. By submitting an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from the store. If you do not agree, do not place an order.

Eligibility and customer responsibility

You must provide accurate contact, payment, shipping, and product information and be legally able to enter into the purchase. You are responsible for reviewing the product, size guide, color, quantity, displayed design, and delivery address before checkout.

Made-on-demand products

Each item is made on demand from the design, product, color, size, and quantity confirmed with the order. Product availability is not guaranteed until the order passes payment, technical, and fulfillment checks. We may contact you, pause the order, or cancel and refund it if the design, blank product, variant, delivery information, or fulfillment route cannot be approved.

Prices, payment, and taxes

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Shipping is calculated separately and shown before payment. Applicable taxes, if collected, will be displayed during checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. An order is not accepted for production until payment is confirmed and our technical checks are complete. We may correct an obvious pricing or configuration error before production and offer cancellation with a refund rather than fulfill an erroneous order.

Your artwork and permission to manufacture

You retain any rights you hold in your artwork. You grant CreaTee, Printify, and the selected print provider a limited, non-exclusive license to store, reproduce, adjust for technical production, print, and transmit the artwork only as reasonably necessary to review, manufacture, deliver, support, or resolve the order.

You represent that you own the artwork or have all permissions required to reproduce it on merchandise. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, threatening, sexually exploitative, privacy-violating, or otherwise prohibited content.

Intellectual-property complaints

If you believe artwork offered or produced through CreaTee infringes your copyright or trademark, contact us through the method below with identification of the protected work, the material at issue, your contact information, a good-faith statement explaining the claim, and evidence that you are the owner or authorized representative. We may preserve relevant records, pause fulfillment, remove material, request clarification, or take other appropriate action while reviewing a report.

Production approval and changes

Production begins only after payment and our internal approval gate. A cancellation or correction request may be considered while the Printify draft remains on hold, but it is not guaranteed. Once an order is sent to production, the product, variant, design, address, and shipping method generally cannot be changed because manufacturing has begun.

Product appearance and sizing

Size guides describe product dimensions, not body measurements. Screens and product photos may display color differently from the physical item. Fabric, mixed fibers, garment dye, DTG printing, embroidery, and manufacturing may create reasonable variations in color, texture, placement, and finish. These normal variations are not defects, but this does not limit rights for a product that is damaged, materially misprinted, incorrect, or not as described.

Shipping and delays

Delivery windows are good-faith estimates that include production and transit; they are not guaranteed arrival dates. Tracking is provided when the carrier makes it available. If we cannot ship within the stated time—or within 30 days when no shipment time was stated—we will provide the choice required by applicable law: consent to a revised shipping date or cancellation with a prompt refund. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

Returns, refunds, and delivery problems

Our Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds Policy is part of these Terms. It explains rules for custom items, manufacturing defects, incorrect products, nondelivery, address errors, cancellations, evidence, and refund timing. Nothing in these Terms excludes a non-waivable consumer right.

Store availability and third-party services

The store depends on payment, hosting, database, fulfillment, and carrier services. We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. Links or integrations with third parties do not make us responsible for their independent services, terms, or privacy practices, except for obligations that applicable law places on us as the seller.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the store is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated and any non-waivable warranty. CreaTee is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable from the purchase. These limitations do not apply where prohibited, including liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Seller identity and governing terms

CreaTee is the trading name used by the seller identified below. Applicable consumer-protection laws continue to apply regardless of these Terms. No arbitration or class-action waiver is imposed by these Terms. Material changes apply prospectively, and the version accepted at checkout governs that purchase unless law requires otherwise.
