This Privacy Policy explains how CreaTee collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit our store, select a product, place an order, pay through checkout, request support, or track an order.

- Order information: products, variants, quantities, prices, shipping selection, order status, and tracking details.
- Custom content: artwork and related placement settings that you upload for production.

- Technical information: session identifiers, IP address used for security and rate limiting, request logs, browser/device information made available by our hosting infrastructure, and essential storage needed for the store to operate.
- Communications: information you provide when requesting support, reporting a defect, or exercising a privacy right.
How we use information
We use personal information to operate the store; validate product availability; calculate shipping; process and reconcile payments; prevent fraud; create, review, manufacture, and deliver orders; display order status; provide support; handle refunds and disputes; secure and troubleshoot our systems; keep required business records; and comply with law.
Uploaded artwork
Artwork is used to preview and manufacture the product you request. You should not upload sensitive personal information or content you are not authorized to use. Artwork is shared with Printify and its print provider only as needed to review and fulfill the order. Access to our stored copy is restricted through server-side controls and private storage.
When we disclose information
We disclose only the information reasonably needed to providers supporting the transaction, including Stripe for payment processing and fraud prevention, Printify and the selected print provider for manufacturing and fulfillment, carriers for delivery, Supabase for database and file storage, and Vercel for application hosting and operational logs. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect customers or the service, or in connection with a business reorganization.
Advertising measurement and your choices
With your permission, we use the Meta Pixel to measure visits, product views, additions to cart, checkout starts, and completed purchases. Meta may receive device and browser information, page activity, cookie identifiers, order value, currency, and non-sensitive product or order identifiers. We do not send complete payment-card details or uploaded artwork to Meta. Optional advertising technology remains disabled unless you choose “Allow” in our privacy notice. You may decline it and still use the store.
Meta may use information it receives under its own privacy terms, including to measure advertising and build or improve advertising audiences where permitted. Depending on applicable law, this activity may be treated as targeted advertising, sharing, or a sale even though we do not sell personal information for money. You may change or withdraw a previous choice at any time by selecting “Privacy choices” on the store.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, support, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and system security. Retention periods vary by record type and applicable law. We use access controls, server-only credentials, private file storage, authentication of webhooks, rate limiting, and encrypted network connections. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live and whether the relevant law applies to our business, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, and to appeal certain decisions. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. We may retain information when legally permitted or required, including transaction and fraud-prevention records.
California notice
If the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to CreaTee and to your information, the categories described above also serve as our notice of collection. We collect identifiers, customer records, commercial information, internet or network activity, approximate location inferred from an address or IP, and user-provided artwork for the business purposes described above. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information as those terms are used for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Children
The store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. A person placing an order must be legally able to enter into the purchase or act with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
International processing
Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Privacy protections may differ between jurisdictions, and providers use the safeguards applicable to their processing.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the store, providers, or law. The date above identifies the latest version. For a privacy request or question, contact us through support.createe@gmail.com and include “Privacy Request” and enough information for us to identify the relevant order or account.
